<p>Parabens - (methyl, propyl or butyl) - are synthetic preservatives found in shampoos, make-up foundations, shaving gels, and even food. All have a chemical structure similar to estrogen which can interfere with your body's natural hormones, contributing to weight gain (and more seriously, potentially linked to cancer).</p>

<p>Could switching shampoo help you shed some pounds? I wish I could tell you!</p>

<p>Until then, I defer to the studies....</p>

<p>In the meantime, get easy-breezy fabulous using natural products, that's what I say!</p>
